I was having a really positive day until the sad news of the Queens passing.i managed 4 flights of stairs and one hundred kettle bell sings with a 4kg weight in under 5inutes.thenew broadcast was slipped in the main news and took me by surprise,all my good spirit evaporated,oh well on to the next challenge, Morrisons cafe as we ar having a new kitchen fitter total disarray

Yes like so many famous people who pass you remember what you were doing on that day at least the striking unions have called them off out of respect, quite right
