Had my blood tests done last week and went to the Drs to get the results. Had a bit of a shock as my sugar count has come back as Prediabetes. Probably due to the stone I've put on since I haven't been able to go to the gym. Thryoid borderline but he is happy to leave these for me to deal with for a year and retest then. He brought up statins again (there's a suprise!) although it hadn't risen in 12 months. It's still 6.9. I mentioned a statin that a fellow stroke member on here recommended Ezetimibe. He thought I'd already tried that but I haven't so I'm going to give it a go when I'm back from my holiday which is next week. Don't want anything to spoil that as we have both waited long enough for it! It's very quiet on here lately so maybe there are a lot of people away on holiday.
