Hi sorry haven’t posted in a while, have had a lot going on and have felt stressed which is the main thing i try not to do! had my universal credit health assessment the other day felt it had went awful and been ill ever since anyway by chance just logged into my journal and they sent me a pdf with my result yesterday, it says they have decided i have limited capability for work and work related activity. I don’t really understand what this means, the whole benefits system confuses me, does anyone know does this mean i continue on esa?and basically what does it mean?
