Evening All.
Just a positive update, I've just passed my first stroke anniversary, and want to reassure new members, who are frightened, confused and have so many questions, that life gets easier, or it gets easier to adjust to your new life and there is always light at the end of the tunnel, my light just keeps getting brighter and brighter with each day.
Stay positive and smile at least once a day.
