Well an other visit to the gym today more exercises added
I managed to sit and cycle I normally use a sit down bike but my trainer somehow persuaded me to use a normal bike I was scared in case I fell of my cycling days kicked in a few balance problems to start with the longer I peddled I found my balance returning even after 10mins my confidence grew I continued for an other 5 mins the relief when I got off in one piece yippee back on Friday for more punishment lol

Morning @Tony2. Repetition, repetition, repetition. I find anything new difficult but after a few tries it wakes up old muscle memory ?or starts new patterns/pathways. Good luck at the gym and try to enjoy it๐Ÿ‘, Julia x
