Hi everyone I'm looking for a little advice if I can please since my stroke in February I keep getting a constant cold feeling on the outside of my left foot I have tried various things to no avail so has anyone else had this issue and what did you do to ease it, please.

Deb. It’s a circulation issue. I have this, but more so on my weak hand. I try to keep them warm, especially in cold weather.
Thank you, John, I had a feeling it was something like that I have always felt the cold but this is different.
Hi deb I to suffer with a cold hand when the temperature drops outside I have found that hand warmers inside a glove helps so you might find these help with your feet
