Five years on and I really appreciate what a godsend baking has been to me. This roulade was mostly done one handed. An electric hand whisk makes it possible. Pic bound to come out upside down.

New recipe for me. Good exercise because I have to hold apples in my weak hand. I cook mostly one handed, but have learned to accept it.
