My name is Sophie, I am a 3rd year student at Manchester Metropolitan University. I am recruiting participants for my research project which is looking into how carers of stroke survivors feel about the information and support they have received from the healthcare team.
I am looking for carers of stroke survivors who are over the age of 18.
The research project aims to find out:
- Your opinions on the information and support you were given when transitioning from hospital to home, what was helpful or what you would have benefited from to get further support;
- your opinions on the support you are receiving now and whether there is anything you would like now from the healthcare team;
- how you feel about being a carer.
