I used to run the stroke association Scotland group Thursday afternoon meetings - but have now gone independent
the link is unchanged - u can put it in your diary (in the Location slot if android) with an every Thursday repeat and you can just click to join 
@AshleyTH provided a help to getting online with zoom in Zoom how tos and i’m happy to give support via phone 07768 215 335 (but best if its at 10mins before not at 2mins too or past 13:00! as i’ll have my hands full 
juggling with welcoming folk
You can access the meet Just by clicking the link, selecting no to download and yes to opening browser. If you’re more ambitious then you can download zoom and create an account for free - You get more facilities but it is slightly more complicated but only takes 5-10 minutes
