New Member after Jan 26th 'incident'

Hi,

New member here after an 'incident' on Jan 26th this year. Got away lightly with only right (dominant) arm issues, no speech or facial issues but still, feels like a massive upset.

Thankfully, arm is no longer limp and movement and control has returned just struggling with fine motor control, finger dexterity and frustration at the moment.

Let’s see what the future holds…

Hi & welcome @Rich-CT7567 good to hear your arm control has come back. Hopefully you’ve been given some physio input to help with your fine motor skills.

Here’s some links to previous discussions around hand and arms that may be of interest.

Hello Rich,

I’m gathering some more of my little gadgets and tools to help with hand / foot
Here’s the sort of collection of rehab toys I have amassed (more will follow soon)

I used to do the following exercise with my hand ; now I use my foot

Good luck & enjoy your rehab.
It’s great to get your body working again,

Thanks for the reply, I have a similar collection.
I struggle with the boring, repetitive nature of the physio but I know it must be done.
