You Tube Exercises

Hello, I wonder if any of you can help. Yesterday I came across a woman on You Tube who is an occupational therapist and devised exercises for her grandma post stroke. I can’t find the link and wondered if anyone could help me.
Thank you

Hi Jan, I tried to take a look but it’s not really possible to do a search in youtube with so little information, I came across any number of possibilities. Could you perhaps find your way back to it through your browsers history. I know that too can take a bit of time if you’ve used it much since then.

Good luck with your search :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank you for that but it’s not the same girl. Her name came up in another topic and I did some of her exercises yesterday afternoon.

Is it this one

Oh well done. Yes that’s the woman. I did some of her leg exercises yesterday and I can really feel where I’ve been working. Thank you so much xx

During my initial search using what little info I had, I did come across loads of hers but wasn’t too sure that’s the one you meant.

I did use those exercises too, I thought they were brilliant

Hi Jan, thanks for that info, Just had a look at that and it was really helpful.
I liked the fact that lots of the exercises you can do without any help, I’ve got a few different pieces of equipment but you need someone to help you get set up. Whereas you can dip and out of these exercises as and when you want to.

Thanks again for that. Keep on keeping on
