We are looking for volunteers to take part in the ReCAPS study at UCL in London.
What is the study about?
We are interested in how brain activity changes after someone has had a stroke that has affected their arm or hand.
We also want to know whether non-invasive brain stimulation can be used to change brain activity after a stroke.
Who can take part?
We are looking for volunteers who have experienced a stroke and still have difficulty using their arm or hand.
What does the study involve?
The study involves 2 sessions that take place at 33 Square, UCL, London
We may also ask that you have an MRI scan before taking part
During the study we record signals traveling between the brain and the hand affected by the stroke.
We also assess whether non-invasive brain stimulation can change these signals.
