Travelling through Airports with Aphasia

Support for stroke survivors who may have Aphasia and find using airports rather stressful - 

A number of airports, incl. Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham offer a lanyard system for people with 'hidden disabilities' (such as autism, dementia, deafness) to identify passengers in a discrete way who may need extra support or understanding as they travel through the airport. Passengers can arrange this by contacting the Assistance Reception (or similar) before travelling or when they arrive at the airport.
