@Mickyboy it’s certainly been a bit hot. Much better weather now for getting out & about. Enjoy your next venture out

Hi Mickyboy not the weather for venturing out but tonight it’s cooler. Did manage to get out to local Stroke support group meeting just chatted and kept sipping water .worth checking to see if there’s one near you. Sometimes they can supply transport and it breaks the week up nicely. Good to get out house. Pds
Mickyboy-- I can’t take the heat either. I have to do all my walks first thing in the morning. I go out about 7:30. There are a few others out there that early too.

This weather at the moment with the drop in temperature is bliss. Not too cold, not too hot.
