Hi my name wayne had a stroke a stroke august last year im not to bad just the right side of my body.since January his year ive been horrible to her and am the
problem :broken_heart:. I love my beautiful so much .theres others problems ive always like a drink and its me this is all my fault dont no what to do anymore. Sorry

Hi Wayne, has the stroke affected your emotions? I wonder whether that might be the cause of how you’re being.

Try explaining to her how you feel & maybe you should seek some help from your dr re your mood / emotions & possibly your drinking?

I agree with Mrs 5K. You must try and talk to your wife about it all. I know its difficult, but you will have to start somewhere.

Thanks to you all i had counselling in feb to march .just had a bad 4 years had skin cancer in my right calf had chunk out :laughing:. Just was venting love my wife so much .just dont want sarah to go through anymore because off me just pushing sarah away :upside_down_face: :slightly_smiling_face:

Its hard for me to meditation cause of whiplash

@msporshakimberly try sitting comfortably in a chair to meditate, even for a few minutes, it could help, sorry you have pain from whiplash on top of stroke symptoms

I don’t like or appreciate when females say i am that I am not in wheelchair :wheelchair:
