Singing

Has anyone tried singing in a choir as part of their rehab? Lots of publicity around benefits of singing in relation to depression and apathy. I have no voice that anyone would enjoy listening too, but in a big choir I can merge and have some fun-it makes me feel good so long as the songs are not too emotove-too much Robert Burns can have me in tears!

Hi Laura,

We are lucky enough in the North West to have a Stroke Choir! It meets weekly during term-time in Central Manchester and Stockport - more details here:
