Hi Everyone. I'm new this system and hope some-one can help me. I have been trying to display some of the advice videos and all that happens is that a pop-up with the name of the advice presents itself and than nothing else happens. Any advice?

What kind of device are you using to watch with? Tablet, phone, PC?
If using a PC, you might need to enable "pop-ups", some browsers have this option switched off to prevent spam advertising. Also, it might be the browser itself that isn't supported by whatever software Stroke Association is using, you could try a more web friendly browser like Chrome.
