Has anyone tried Osteopath? It has been almost 4 years and i am still struggling with pain and heaviness.
NHS has not helped me and now i am finding myself on the edge.
Anyone would like to share their experience.

Hi @nadya I’m the same with pain and heaviness.
I’m regularly having holistic massages it relaxes me and I think it makes you feel nice too. It does help in a way. Kind regards Loraine

Osteopath will see me on Friday evening and then will let me know what can really help me.
