Very interesting survey Tony. I'm sure a lot of SS will identify with with it. It is good to know and reassuring that we are not the only one who has problems following a stroke.

I did attend a few Headway meetings locally shortly after my stroke but it was very obvious that as a Stroke Survivor, I had fared much better having a Stroke than some of the brain injury survivors, most of whom were in power wheelchairs and under thirty years old. I took away from it that, as always, we are some of the luckiest unlucky people alive. As awful as it sounds, sometimes we need to see how life has treated us better than others to truly appreciate it.
