Live with my daughter and grandchildren plus my eldest grandson cane with his girlfriend so was a hectic week did have sensor overload couple days but slowly wore of now thev gone and am back to myself anxiety hit me so hard didn’t know what to do walked round house and looked out of kitten window and saw pol man going into his house he lives alone have tried to read out to him but no avail
Hi for sensory overload I found headphones helped. I love music but it hurt my ears and my head so I started to use headphones. I work with children with learning disabilities and they are very sensory they mostly wear ear defender. Don’t no if this helps.
