I had 2 strokes last june one small one at home a bigger one in hospitial i was thrombulied at the time it left me knackered on rigth side was released after 6 days but then done 10 months rehab at our local hosp 2 sessions weekly had my review a month ago want me back for another 8 weeks i have drop foot and a rigth hand i cant use had all the nerve tests done apperently no signal from control box to hand or foot so now im hitting the more emotinal problems panic attacks anxiety feeling trapped sorry to bang on this is me

I'm sorry to hear about your strokes. It must have been such a challenging time for you. Recovery is ongoing, and there's lots of information out there that can support you.
