My hubby is watching The English too. Not my thing. You did well with your peddling.
Well done with the peddling. I have an exercise bike but really only use it on days when I haven’t done much walking. You should be chuffed you manage to go that distance. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Sue I used Tenner for men but fiddly to fit I’m sure we’ll all recover out of this plus now I make more regular trips to the loo rather than eatinwaiting too long
