I was originally recommended Pilates by my physio at the gym who felt it would improve my balance and strengthen the core. I've been waiting till lockdown restrictions were lifted and went today for my first session at the studio. I really enjoyed it. It's strange at first because the breathing is something that I need to concentrate on along with the movements but I feel like I have had a good workout and looser around the shoulders too. The instructor is lovely too!
hello onwards and upwards, good on you, i would like to go and have a swim soon, and see how that goes,, i do miss spinning class (haven't q attempted that yet,, it is at 0630!!!! - nice bunch of people,,, tk it easy ( )
