Hi @Mickyboy …. I can relate :yellow_heart: … I agree with @Loshy, maybe look at old photos/diaries showing happy times.

What I do is write a letter to the person I’m missing, if they’ve passed on/or gone out of my life … and pour out all my feelings into it, and then burn it (safely). Otherwise thoughts can go round and round in our heads :tornado: and we can spiral down

Just thought, maybe the Bible popped out of the books you were sorting to help you? Just a thought, I’m of no religion but I do believe in Synchronicity. I used to open any book at random, and read whatever sentence I saw first…sometimes it honestly did work. Anyway, am rambling a bit now.

I do hope you can see a brighter future Micky, could be just around the corner … listen to any positive music, if you can’t access your Motown Collection, music can really lift your spirits :headphones::guitar::blush::+1:

Glad you’re perked up Mickyboy and in a much better place. Assume all of us who post here have been there, When down in dumps a while back and self pity took over. Friend said to me you have two choices !
Move on or live with it. And how do I move on I said O wise one. ? Can’t tell you that , friend said, only you can work that out and you have to stick at it there is no easy answer. So choices are, stay positive as best you can Or let negativity latch onto you like a flea. Personly I can’t go down religious route , in my opinion a Quagmire, but it is a tough nut to crack and so pleased a bout of activity got you more positive.
We have to go through stuff as best we can.
