I had my stroke 3 months ago it's turned our lives upside down! I feel so guilty that if I had looked after myself Better it might not have happened??! Masons are always going to have ADIS ambled mother and if I have grandchildren I won't be able to be a active part of their lives!!
your stroke was only 3 months ago so very early days for you. My stroke wa 5 years ago and I'm still immproving. So don't be disheartened and keep doing your exercises. Recovery is possible but you have to work at it.
