Does anyone have any tips for separating eggs. I struggled before my stroke but now its a nightmare.

Griff, I can't do it either, but rarely use recipes requiring it. You can buy egg separators I believe. I just crack them on the side of the bowl and open them with one hand.

I have an egg separator. A small spoon with holes that sits in a cup. You could also use a slotted spoon.
