Hi all I've just had my back to work meeting with the intension of returning back in September ,my manger is supporting me with it and I have a occupational health meeting today too ,I will be returning back the first week I will be doing one day of 2/3 hours then the 2nd week it will be 2 days of 3 hours ,then so and so so after a month I will be back to normal hours ,so I did say if I can't manage it my manager said don't think like that we have lots of options and because it's a university hospital there are loads of units I could try ,but that's a weight of my mind having good support ....I wish I didn't need or have to work but for us that need to financially it's a good step forward ..pippy x
