Has anyone tried astragalus membranaceus (Chinese medicine)? There is some evidence that it can help with post-stroke fatigue. Im tempted to give it a try!

I can't seem to find out what it is. Is it an herb that you can buy, or what?
It's a Chinese herbal medicine. You can get it from health food shops such as Holland & Barrett. It looks like there's still a lack of strong evidence for effectiveness in post-stroke fatigue though. The link I gave is to a recent good systematic review of the evidence.
