I didn't think of it until the other day. I've been so busy working on my other senses, I neglected smell. I have found that frankincense, chamomile and lavender oil have been helping with sleep and relaxation. These smells also seem to distract my brain, possibly it is busy concentrating on the smell and not all the other internal thoughts. I use lavender on my pillow for sleep, frankincense as a stimulant to help me be more alert and chamomile mixed with a carrier oil for relaxation. Is anyone else using aromatherapy during their recovery?
