About the forum

The forum is an online community for stroke survivors, carers, health professionals and all who have been touched by stroke.

You can discuss topics about the forum including new features you would like to see.

Our friendly online forums connect you to others who also have experience with stroke. They are a great place to share your stroke story, experiences, talk about recovery and find out what others are doing to combat feelings of isolation and anxiety about the future.

Our moderators

This forum is moderated by Stroke Association staff. Our team of moderators check the forum regularly to ensure that we are keeping to these guidelines and the terms of use. Where we can, we will try to moderate in a way that doesn’t interrupt the flow of conversation.

When you write to us - either by clicking on ‘Report post’ or by emailing mystrokeguide@stroke.org.uk - we aim to get back to you within 3 working days. Note that if several people report a post using the ‘Report post’ link, we will only respond to the first person.

Forum rules
